As a Clinical hypnotherapist I will initially spend time with you discussing what you would like help with and you will be asked further questions regarding your lifestyle, medical history and any other relevant information in order to build a ‘case history’. This will then form the basis of a treatment plan that is devised and agreed by you. It is important that you are involved in this process so that you feel comfortable with how the therapy is going to proceed. I will also teach you tools to take away, which will allow you to take control of your emotional and physical well-being.
