Ken is a Performance Psychologist, Coach, Speaker and Trainer - combining skills, knowledge and experience from a wide range of backgrounds (applied psychology, sports psychology, psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, NLP, hypnotherapy and more) to create approaches and techniques to help individuals and teams greatly improve their performance.
SPORTS EXPERIENCE:
Sports clients include British, Commonwealth, National and World Champions. He was the performance psychologist at Leicester City when they won three titles (Division 1, the Championship, the Premier League) and has worked with 4 other professional soccer teams (Derby County, Hull City, Ipswich Town, Southampton), involving international players from more than 45 different countries. He works with clients in many different sports - including cricket, rugby, golf, tennis, squash, sailing, motor-sports, horse-racing, martial arts - and has worked with 3 international teams in different sports.
He is the author of a 560-page book entitled 'Mental Mastery: Tried & TestedTechniques for Exceptional Sports Performance' - published in 2011.

Ken's experience as a coach and trainer includes working with companies such as: The BBC, BOC, British Aerospace, Channel 4, Deutsche Bank, Fujitsu-Siemens, Hasbro, House of Fraser, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan, Marks & Spencer, the MOD, Nationwide, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rolls Royce, Sanofi-Aventis, the RAF, Walt Disney, Zurich and many other organisations.
Ken is adept at designing and running training courses that meet specific business needs - including topics such as: influence, building relationships, resilience, managing pressure, developing impact and presence, confidence, leadership, motivation, influencing strategy, non-verbal impact, handling conflict, energising and inspiring others...and many more.
