Hypnotherapy for Key Workers

Having built a successful practice locally in East Herts - working on various issues with clients. Much of my work involves building confidence and reducing stress. I work with many young adult clients from 17-24 helping them move through the transition to adulthood. Many have had issues such as self-harm, drug abuse and eating disorders, low confidence and exam stress.

I see many clients who are at a crossroads in their lives regardless of age, due to bereavement, divorce, illness, depression, anxiety or those who are simply searching for meaning in their life.

I also work closely with a local Post-natal support group for women- we cover topics such as self-image, depression, identity and relationships. www.6weeksocial.co.uk

I have a varied background as an actor, performer, trainer and teacher; having worked in a variety of industries. My thirst for knowledge about human behaviour and development is a journey that has taken me around the world and back again. My interest in health and nutrition has lead to the development of my own Health and Weight-Management programme.
The dedication that I have to my own self development and my passion for helping others led me to the field of counselling and psychotherapy. My goal as a therapist is to guide and support you through the challenges that you are facing, helping you move towards a more positive future. Helping you let go of self limiting-beliefs or behaviours and ultimately supporting you in creating a rich and meaningful life. I believe that the core work of therapy is achieved through a very strong, connected therapeutic relationship.Hypnotherapy is an inspiring mode of healing which offers a rewarding method of achieving goals, motivating oneself and eliminating many problems.

Your outlook on life is completely unique to others around you. Your behaviour is shaped by both your beliefs and your life patterns. Although you may be aware of these patterns which are limiting your potential, you are often unsure how you can change these patterns to achieve your goals, this is where hypnotherapy can help.

We can help you to utilise your inner resources to create a rich, rewarding and fulfilling life. You have these resources within you, hypnotherapy can unlock their potential. Imagine a life free from negative self-talk and limiting behaviours.

Perhaps your eating habits are getting out of hand and you would like help to gain control by changing your behaviours for good? Are you a business executive who feels over come when having to speak in public? Is your lack of self-confidence holding you back from the future who deserve? Are you a young person or student at a cross-roads feeling anxious about the next step?
