I have been in practice for more than 10 years having first used self hypnosis and visualisation over 30 years ago to pass my driving test & to master front crawl at swimming! As I have had a lifelong interest in psychology, when I left the police force after 19 years in 2008, Hypnosis to help people seemed a natural progression for me. My practice is well established and I work with people on a wide range of issues. In my spare time, I coach and officiate at athletics competitions throughout the country.
I pride myself on combining modalities of treatment so that you can get fast and lasting results.
