I had worked in higher education for 24 years as technician, lecturer and academic manager and now am a trained Hypnotherapist and Counsellor (person-centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). My experience ranges from working with people with a range of presenting issues, across cultures. Specialism, includes: stress, anxiety, quit smoking, weight loss, relationships, anger management, loss and bereavement, working with carers(dementia)
