I specialise in short term therapy .may use a variety of techniques and strategies. During sessions I work alongside clients to help them gain perspective, understand patterns of behaviour, and change actions and habits that prevent goals and ideals being reached. I use a lot of creative, concrete methods to do this, and teach techniques to manage self and situations. I work regularly with issues such as anxiety, stress, self-confidence, addictions, weight, fears, relationships, grief and poor health. I am married with three young adults for kids, a very happy therapy dog and love walking, cycling and the outdoors. Also some dark chocolate every now and then with a good book or movie!
