As someone who suffered severe anxiety after many years of domestic violence, I am passionate about helping other people with anxiety to live their lives. I trained in hypnotherapy in 2012 and it literally changed my life.

I am also an enthusiastic Birthing instructor with The Wise Hippo birthing programme.
